Client: 02.19.2003 bilateral massive brain-haemorrage with
bilateral paralysis, temporary loss of speech, impeding to
swallow, incontinence. Doctors predicted low potential of
rehabilitation. The client was admitted to extended rehabilitation
as a trial.

March 2003: three
weeks after the incident: trunk unstable, left-sided hemiplegia,
lost bodycenter, rightsided hemiplegia had disappeared
spontaneuosly, speech still faded in some frequency-ranges,
still lightly impeded swallowing. |

October 2003: Significant changes in mobility of the
shoulder, tha arm and the hand. Selective movements in
minute motor activity were still unsatisfactory at this
time. The permanent catheder had been removed, the incontinence
was remedied. |

| Today, the client is able
to complete minute motor activities. Jogging, too, is
possible over short distances. With a self-administered
training-plan, not very different from those applicable
to the same age-group, these re-learned activities can
be further stabilized and kept. |
