Hippotherapy can be a useful addition to the intensive therapy. It is appropriate for people of all ages. Depending on the physical constitution an additional booking is possible at our house.

What is hippotherapy

Hippotherapy is a physiotherapy using horses as therapeutic tool. It is not a form of riding. The movement of the horse is transmitted to the client‘s pelvis and spine. The whole locomotor system must reorientate itself. The therapist supports and reinforces the client‘s physiological movements through individual therapeutic impulses. The walking horse is guided by an experienced assistant.
